I’d want to focus on work that wasn’t made on repositories that were mine. If you want to see my work on my projects, see /projects
I like open-source, and there are two main reasons why
- If you want feature A, you can implement this on your own, of course if other people agree, though it shouldn’t be a problem if feature makes sense.
- You can study the code, I like that because I learn from examples very often.
- Axum. I didn’t like the websockets API they had, and I used this framework in Houseflow, so I gave them my idea for a new and easier API, they seemed to like it, so I opened a PR. I also came up with the idea to make a Community Showcase, which I think might have helped some people.
- Helix. It missed few features, such as LSP Code Actions or relative line numbers, other people also looked interested in having those features that I’ve addressed them in PR #486 and PR #478.
There are probably a few more repositories, but in those I made the most work.
